Product Description

The GL LED 60W 24V Class 2 Cabinet Lighting Power Supply is the compact core of the GL LED Modular Cabinet Lighting System. Designed for kitchens, display cabinets, closets, custom millwork, and other professional cabinet lighting applications, it combines AC power distribution, 24V fixture outputs, and flexible control connectivity in one streamlined unit.

Ideal for small to medium cabinet lighting projects, the 60W model supports plug-in or hardwired installation, wired or wireless master control, six rear 24V outputs, and a separate constant 24V output for independently controlled devices or zones. Its modular architecture makes installation fast, organized, and easy to expand.

Why Choose the 60W Cabinet Lighting Power Supply?

  • Compact professional capacity - sized for small to medium cabinet lighting projects.
  • Plug-In or Hardwire - use the detachable AC power cord with a standard outlet, or remove the input cover for hardwired installation.
  • Universal 100-240VAC Input - supports a wide range of residential and commercial applications.
  • Link Up to 7 Power Supplies - built-in AC pass-through simplifies power distribution across larger cabinet lighting installations.
  • Centralized Master Control - top Control Signal Input/Output ports support wired controllers or wireless receivers and synchronized control across linked power supplies.
  • Flexible 6-Port 24V Output - six rear outputs respond to master control when connected, or provide direct 24V DC power when no master control is present.
  • Independent Constant 24V Output - a separate bottom output provides continuous 24V DC power for independent zones, controllers, or other compatible devices.

How to Install & Use the 60W Cabinet Lighting Power Supply

Step 1 - Connect AC Power

Choose either plug-in or hardwired installation. For plug-in use, connect the detachable AC power cord to a standard two-prong outlet. For hardwired installation, remove the input cover and connect the power supply to the building AC circuit.

Step 2 - Link Additional Power Supplies if Needed

Use the built-in AC pass-through to continue AC power to the next Cabinet Lighting Power Supply. Up to 7 power supplies can be linked in sequence, reducing repeated AC wiring on larger projects.

Step 3 - Choose the Control Method

Connect a wired controller or wireless receiver to the top Control Signal port for master control. When master control is connected, the six rear 24V output ports follow the control signal. Without master control, those ports provide direct 24V DC output.

Step 4 - Connect 24V Cabinet Lights

Connect compatible 24V cabinet lights to the rear output ports for quick plug-and-play installation. Compatible fixtures include surface-mount cabinet lights, recessed cabinet lights, puck lights, drawer lights, and other compatible 24V DC cabinet lights.

Step 5 - Use the Independent Constant 24V Output

Use the bottom Constant 24V Output for devices or lighting zones that should remain independent from master control. This port provides continuous 24V DC power regardless of the top control signal.

Control & System Flexibility

The 60W power supply is especially useful for compact cabinet lighting systems that still require professional control options. A project can begin with direct 24V output and later add wired or wireless control without changing the basic power architecture.
