Returns and Exchanges Policies:

GL LED LLC strives to make your shopping experience easy and convenient. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible items in original, unused condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Products must be undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Clearance items, customized items, special orders, and items cut to size (such as LED strips and cables) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects. Confirmed bulk or customized orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned.

Return Options & Fees

For eligible returns, customers may choose:

  • Store Credit: Full purchase price, with no restocking fee.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: A 20% restocking fee applies. Credit card processing fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additional restocking fees may apply to items returned with missing accessories or packaging, or to orders containing 20 or more pieces, where applicable.

    How to Return

    All returns must be preapproved. Contact us for any return or exchange. Once approved, a return shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be provided.

    Include the RMA form and attach the provided shipping label to your package. Returns without an approved RMA and the required return documentation may be refused or delayed.

    Product Use & Installation

    Customers must specify at the time of purchase whether a product will be used in a wet environment. If a waterproof product is cut or modified, the customer is responsible for maintaining its waterproof integrity. GL LED LLC is not responsible for issues caused by improper handling or installation by non-professional electricians.

    Professional Accounts

    Professional accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared.

    Warranties

    We are committed to offering products of highest quality. Most products provide a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that certain product categories carry different lengths of manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your product is a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the shipping costs of the replacement within the 30-day period from the invoice date. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of warranty placement(s). Warranty does not apply to product damaged by misuse, accident or unauthorized repair.

    Damaged, missing or incorrect items

    If GL LED LLC shipped you the damaged or wrong item(s) or item(s) with missing part(s), you have 5 Business days from the date of receipt to contact customer service. After 5 Business days, we will not be able to process any claim on the damaged or incorrect item(s) or item(s) with missing part(s) on the shipment. We will cover all reasonable shipping fees. All returns without RMA will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Please note: GL LED LLC is not responsible for any additional charges for returned items.
