30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

In most cases, merchandise in original and unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of shipment, provided it has not been damaged, altered or worn. Clearance, customized items or items cut to size like LED strips, cables or similar are not eligible for a return, refund or credit, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects.

Methods for Returns

Returning your merchandise is easy to do – you are simply required to submit a request through the account orders page. All returns must be preapproved and a return shipping label and a RMA form will be emailed to you upon approval.

Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and condition with prepaid return shipping by the customer. Be sure to include original box, manuals, accessories etc.  A Restocking Charge of 20% will be applied to all returns including, but not limited to, products with missing materials, or merchandise not in original packaging and condition. A 20% Restocking Charge may be applied to orders containing quantities of 20 or more pieces.

To ensure your return is properly processed, place the packing slip in the box with your return and put the return shipping label on the package. No refunds will be made for all returns without shipping label and RMA form. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Getting Credit

Once a return is received, please allow us 7-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be only credited to your initial form of payment used at the time of purchase according to U.S. law. It may take 72 hours, one or more billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


We are committed to offering products of highest quality. Most products provide a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that certain product categories carry different lengths of manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your product is a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the shipping costs of the replacement within the 30-day period from the invoice date. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of warranty placement(s). Warranty does not apply to product damaged by misuse, accident or unauthorized repair.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If GL LED LLC shipped you the damaged or wrong item(s) or item(s) with missing part(s), you have 5 Business days from the date of receipt to contact customer service. After 5 Business days, we will not be able to process any claim on the damaged or incorrect item(s) or item(s) with missing part(s) on the shipment. We will cover all reasonable shipping fees. All returns without RMA will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Please note: GL LED LLC is not responsible for any additional charges for returned items.
