The Low Voltage Wire Connector – 2-Pin-SMA provides a quick, clean way to connect or extend 2-wire low-voltage LED wiring. Compatible with 20, 22, and 24 AWG wires, this no-strip wire connector connects positive (+) and negative (–) wires without removing the insulation.

A built-in center stop helps position wires correctly from both sides. Simply insert the wires and use standard pliers to press the metal contacts fully down. The insulation-piercing contacts penetrate the wire insulation and create the electrical connection—no special crimping tool required.

How to Install the 2-Pin Low Voltage Wire Connector

Step 1 — Insert the Wires
Do not strip the wire insulation. Insert the two-wire cable from each side of the connector until both ends reach the built-in center stop.
Important: Match the polarity correctly: positive (+) to positive (+) and negative (–) to negative (–).

Step 2 — Press Down the Contacts
Use standard pliers to press the metal contacts completely down. The insulation-piercing contacts will penetrate the wire insulation and make contact with the conductors.

Step 3 — Check the Connection
Make sure both contacts are fully pressed down and the wires are securely positioned.
