Q: Do I have to register to buy from GL LED LLC?

A: Not necessary! Quick checkout option is available. However, registration is highly recommended for the convenience of returns and warranty.

Q: Is it safe to submit my credit card number and personal information?

A: A hundred YES! We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your personal information is appropriately stored, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Your credit card information is encrypted using socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. If preferred, orders and payments can also be summited over the phone at (312)366-6515.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: You can cancel your order that only has NOT entered the shipping process yet by visiting your online account or contacting the GL LED LLC. Customer Service at (312)366-6515. Otherwise, you can simply return your order by following our Return Policy. Refused shipments are not accepted and no refund is made.

Q: What happens if my order is lost, damaged, or an item is incorrect or missing during my delivery?

A: If your order is lost or damaged, please call the GL LED LLC. Customer Service at (312)366-6515 about your delivery or email to Admin@Glledllc.com within 72 hours of receipt. After 72 hours, we do not bear any responsibility for the lost or damaged order.

If the item is incorrect, please check to confirm with the product label. If items are missing inside the package, please follow our Return Policy.

Q: What payments methods do you accept?

A: We accept most credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc. We also accept PayPal. We will NOT accept payment via mail (cash, checks, money order).

Q:  What will happen if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

A: In such a case, we are NOT responsible for replacing or refunding lost products sent to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us because of an address problem, the buyer will be notified. Reshipping can be made to the buyer or a corrected recipient address with additional shipping fees.

Q: Do you cater custom orders?

A: Absolutely YES! Please contact the GL LED LLC Customer Service at (312)366-6515 about your custom order or email to Admin@Glledllc.com. Led strip lights can be cut to pair with an aluminum channel. Please NOTE that custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, though they will come with their materials’ limited warranties against manufacturer defects.
